While I’ve not been active running a blog (is that this actually my first post since 2015?), the community of bloggers continues to thrive and anything that highlights the wonderful content material produced by the diverse running a blog neighborhood is great. I’ve never been a CEO of an organization, but I’ve watched them. The responsibilities appear limitless. Build the proper staff, which means hiring and interviewing. Hold the VCs glad, which means flights and travel and presentation prep. Go find the shoppers and evangelize, extra travel and extra presentations. Make certain the corporate can make payroll, reviewing the finances and financial planning. Prioritizing the businesses limited assets to get the biggest bang for a buck. There’s a lot more than that, but even those alone seem to be full time jobs. Some of this is simpler if there are co-founders and division of duties is forged. However usually co-founders have the identical vested curiosity in knowing all the details of the enterprise, and thus never absolutely depart the other to handle their duties without no less than being in the know.
